Why Did I Create This Blog?
I like to create pretty foods! I love to be in the kitchen.
Mostly, I LOVE to entertain!
But...
My husband is a vegetarian with food allergies and Ulcerative Colitis!
My son is fed 100% via a feeding tube, due to Cerebral Palsy. So...I don't get to cook much! But when I do...I want the world to know about it!
I am no Martha. Nor do I wish to be. I'm just a real person. With a real life. And a real budget.
Here is what I make... Bon Appetite!

P.S. I had someone ask where I got my salad dressing server in the "Garden Salad" picture. I collect Libby Goldleaf glassware (from the 50's)....my sister-in-law found this for me at an atique shop! I love it!

I love your blog-just found u! I don't see the recipes you used to create these masterpieces though :) Also, I LOVE the salad dressing display you have next to the salad pictured at the top-that is soo cool! Any way you can share where you got that too? Thanks so much for all your help and I book marked your site- it's amazing!
Oh yummmm! If you go out to eat with me you will find that I LOVE salads and that it is my favorite thing to eat! I'm not a vegetarian but could almost be - I just love vegetables!
