Why Did I Create This Blog?
I like to create pretty foods! I love to be in the kitchen.
Mostly, I LOVE to entertain!
But...
My husband is a vegetarian with food allergies and Ulcerative Colitis!
My son is fed 100% via a feeding tube, due to Cerebral Palsy. So...I don't get to cook much! But when I do...I want the world to know about it!
I am no Martha. Nor do I wish to be. I'm just a real person. With a real life. And a real budget.
Here is what I make... Bon Appetite!

P.S. I had someone ask where I got my salad dressing server in the "Garden Salad" picture. I collect Libby Goldleaf glassware (from the 50's)....my sister-in-law found this for me at an atique shop! I love it!
